Yesterday morning I'm having a slow internet connection with my Smartbro Canopy here in Laguna area. I thought there was a problem again with my connection so I called their tech support. After checking for several mins, he told me that my account has exhausted the allocated bandwidth and they also informed me about the newly implemented FAIR USAGE POLICY from Smart Bro.
I asked him when did they recently implemented this NON-SENSE POLICY, but he didn't give m an exact date. About the complete info, he also doesn't know about it.
My current download speed is 20kbps (from 200kbps). I guess i have to move to another ISP. I'm a Smartbro Canopy user for more than 6 years now.
