I'm glad I'm not the only one getting too frustrated with smartbro. I had been calling them for more than a month and it hasn't improved yet. now I can't even reached them. they are not picking up the call anymore.
WTF I already called them 3 times every weekend just to give them time to do the necessary technical adjustments but still the same.. download speed less than 200kbps.. shit Smart Bro Canopy sucks bigtime!!!! Im planning not to pay them 999 again, just need time to find other good network in cavite molino...

after i used for 15 days ulimited connection my connection becomes slower.. report ko sa *1888 ang resulta normal daw na mabagal at wla daw problem ang connection ko..?? paanu nanng yari yun.... sabi nya na reach ko na daw ang " minimum allowable volume allocation " ganu ba ang size nun..?? ilan na ang may ganitong nag report sa inyo...panu ang may internet cafe exemted ba sa FAIR USAGE POLICY na yan ..mas maraming download dun a.....kaya kung P 999 unlimited ang connection mo sa smartbro noon.. ngayon may limit na din ang connection sa internet...

I also have the same problem but in fairness sa smartbro, naging maganda ang quality of service nila sa akin for the past years. Ngayon lang, this month of april, na napakabagal ng connections ko and mag iisang buwan ng mabagal. San ka naman nakakita download speed via speedtest eh 0.05?????? hayz!
Ano bang klaseng internet connection tong smart canopy? walang kakwenta kwentang connection. Sini sira nyo lang Smart ang pangalan nyo. Ang 1mb ba equivalent to 15kbps? Anak ng? Sinong di matutuwa sa connection nyong ito. Badtrip.grrr grrr grrr

Same here.walang kwenta smartbro canopy. sobrang bgal. balak ko mgpalit ng globe. kht pano umaabot ng 200kbps ang download, d tlad ng smart 45kpbs lng. tpos 0.30 lng ung download speed ko. up to 1 mpbs ung bnbyran nmin. wag nio nman kme tipirin!!!!!!! prang ung 1mpbs e ung 512 n plan nyo!!!!!!!
mas lalo nio lng pnpalayo mga customer nio sa inyo. SUCKS!

These past few days napakabagal ng internet namen download speed ko ay almost 0.1-1kbps laki ng difference dati 100kbps ngaun lumala pa anu ba yan smart cnsira nyo lang reputasyon nyo di nyo ausin trabaho nyo cnasayang nyo bnabayad nmin sa inyo!
here guys 4 months suffering this smart bro canopy slow connection sucks ! 0.04 download speed
