So.. yeah. I already stopped paying my Smartbro Canopy Plan. Who could blame me? First of all, it was because of their very poor service (check out my smartbro speedtests). The other reason is how they treat their subscribers' concerns (check out these smartbro experiences from me and other people).
I don't care if I would be blacklisted from Smart Bro or even from the whole Smart Telecommunications. I can no longer pay for something that is obviously useless.
As for this blog, I'll still continue posting since I still have a few friends who are still suffering from their trashy Smartbro plans. If you want to share your own Smartbro experiences and stories, make sure to check this out!

As I mentioned on my "About this Blog" page, Smart Bro's policies on rebate applications are seriously insane. Last week as I was browsing my Facebook feeds, this is what I got from my former office mate. He WAS a fan of Smart Bro but, obviously, everything's changed.
He applied for a bill rebate after 4 days of no internet connection. Clearly, Smart Bro has its own evil ways of squeezing money out of its subscribers' pockets.
